:Scratch-Head: Hi just got a pashislo dragon, had a cj error, cleared it, boots up to "insert medal" blinkin, and won't take a coin. Removed coin unit, and got the cj error back, and error tones. put it back, and boots but won't take coin. I don't know about these things. Can anyone help me determin whats wrong, and if it is worth spendin time on?
Thanks

Is there a sample coin installed in the slide on the coin comparitor or at least one that matches what you're trying to use??
-
jap slots don't use a sample coin most are set from factory on coin good chance you have wrong token , some you can rig to take us quarters
-
Thanks, wasn't aware of that

Sorry, let me clairify, it does not acknowledge a token is being inserted. It did originally. the first few times, it went to "WAIT" light blinking. now, will not even do that. I think one of the sensors may have died, as I cannot manually trip either. did a few correct resets, and prob a couple incorrect resets, there are a LOT of led's lit up on the board also, anyone know how to translate them?

there should be a error code on display with numbers and letter each type is different on it codes there must be 20 different makers

There will be a cj error if i remove the coin unit. and button on door clears it. with it in, no error, just wont acknowledge a token. reset procedure seems to work also, can toggle through 1-6 level for odds. don't know if held spin down long enough, or if that would matter?
or would it just keep old setting?

setting the odds would not make it reject coins , if you didn't hold the spin handle down long it would go back to old setting some coin mechs have a lock out make sure if your has one it working , pic of coin mech will help

Yeah, my thoughts too. Thing seems to want to work, but just wont. will try to get pic tomorrow, thanks
