I've got 16 of these games coming in, haven't gotten them in the shop yet, but I can rip into them and check it out.
Normally you can peel back the stickers on them and read the chip numbers.
I'll let you know what I find on my games when I get them in the shop in two weeks or so.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to ya, the games showed up the day before we left on vacation.
The Eproms on the Advantage+ are 20 pin M27C4002 -10b (easy to program with an Eprom burner)
Unfortunately from what I've found those are no longer in production  :banghead:
I've found some M27C4002 -10f that are for sale on Ebay, I think those would be compatible because they have the same memory read rate and storage capacity.
But I'm not sure on those ones.

I am still unsure how to program the compact flash cards (same as the clear card) If you know what tool I need to do this I'd appreciate the education ;)

Also here are a couple of game software sets for the Advantage+ 5

Good luck, let me know if I can be of any other help.

Konami K2V uses one of two different types of PROM and the OEM are not EPROM but OTP PROM meaning they can't be erased and reburned.

Something to note with these is the ROM 1-5 can be a combination from the manufacture of both brands where as ROM 6+7 are usually the same brand. ROM 8 is exclusive to Standalone or Linked Progressive PROMS and can be either or. Therefore make sure if you're backing on these chips you use the other if you run into errors because the solution is just choosing a different brand so the program sets the parameters up right.

Finally these are obsolete now and are getting harder to find/buy so you might want to get enough to do what you intend now or else it may be near impossible to do what ever that is later. When this happens the prices tend to skyrocket according to the rules of scarcity in supply and demand.

Mustangjeep,

You can use WinImage with Windows XP or Window 7 original to flash the CF cards just make sure you disable the Auto Play feature before you do attempt to do that otherwise you run the risk of breaking the SHA1 digest or hash as some refer to it.

You only want to use the tool to backup or restore and it is a free download, other tools like diskguru's raw copy tool work well too.

If you ever need help with any of that reach back and I'll help you like I help all of the others out here.

Thanks Buddy
