Title: SP SETUP SHEET SP1265

Hi, I  have looked all over the site to no avail.  I have a sp1265 chip it is a type 33........ Was hoping to find a set up sheet for it.  If no one has it could you tell me of a newer version chip that could be used where the set up sheet is also available?
THIS CHIP COMES FROM THE IGT S-PLUS/ BARCREST  Top Dollar.

Also, Is there a certain set chip that needs to be used on this machine ? set 15, set 90 or something different?
