Title: Sigma uv1700 problem

I have had this game for a while battleship it goes through the power up process , when it gets to the loading stage, it just repeats loading, loading.  I have thought about doing a clear, I need to buy a clear chip  ,   I have one located, anybody have any ideas if this will clear up the problems.  The game gradually started taking longer to load till it got to this point.

Not to familiar with the Sigmas but if yo have a CD drive check that the disk is clean and the drive isn't
full of dust,if it's a hard drive the you may have a drive failing.
Some times unplugging and replugging connections can help.
