This is really stupid that I have to write out a rant on a website and on a hobby that I truely love.
A few months ago I was somehow trapped between a vendor feud between Jim Masonis and another vendor on the east coast. Why? Becuase I did most of my business with the other vendor. I was looking for Lil Red Colossals so I hit up the other vendor to see if he had it. He told me to ask Jim for a copy because he just sold it to him and maybe he would sell it to me. So I emailed Jim asking for Lil Red and that's when shit hit the fan. Apparently Jim received an empty box from the other vendor (that's what he claims) and I was automatically accused of being a part of this conspiracy just for my bad timing.
I can only imagine what bullshit rumors Jim has been spreading about me, but I can tell you that I am an honest hobbyist and would never do or be a part of something like that if it is true. I don't know who is right about this issue but I don't care as I wasn't apart of that.
The other vendor has been amazing to me and my hobby. He has never once sold me a copied games. Been honest and quick to ship the items that I requested and the best part, just a humble person to deal with. Complete opposite of Jim Masonis, Amiego Slots or what ever disguise he's wearing so us buyers will accidently buy from him. If you weren't an a$$hole you wouldn't have to keep changing your name on ebay all the damn time.
I ask the members of this site to understand my side of things. I know I'm not the only one who has had problems with POS vendor!
If this gets me thrown off the site, then so be it... I try to help people on here without having a bad attitude as we're all in this hobby together.

Seen this rant posted here and want to throw my 2cents in. First of all I have been dealing with my father's bad health so not much time here for about the last month. I had heard of this from Jim about 2 months ago that the "other" vendor -which has not been named sent Jim empty box. At the time Charles-coolwave wanted the exact software. Probably a coencidence, Who knows. Also there is no proof on any party to lay blame as I do not see any. I had also spoke to Charles back then and stated it was probably a miss understanding. I have High reguards for both of these men and members here-Jim and Charles. Guess there need to be a smoking gun to have more data/proof as far as the rant goes. Merry X-mas, I would hope that this gets sorted out and more light put on the facts in this case. :sherlock:

I don't know who the "other vendor" is, but I can tell you from past purchases Jim at bluridge has helped me with parts I'd of not found anywhere else and went beyond helpful to get me up and going. Yeah, he can be a little gruff sometimes, but can't we all? Jim's got a lot of issues he's been dealing with the last several years and I can understand where his stance comes from sometimes. I have never known him to be dishonest though. If the "other vendor" is a stand up guy who is it? To me it seems wrong to post the name of the purported bad guy, but not the purported good guy. Just my opinion here...

I have to say I agree with this...Im not a fan of the one-sided rant. And we all know how software goes...once it's "out" it's out, and can, most times, be reproduced by those who choose to do so.

I am very surprised to see this. I have bin dealing with Jim for some time, and never got anything but top notch parts and service. Hope you find what your looking for.
