This works with the square or rectangular 16 button keypads that were used in player tracking systems. For example a "1" on the square keypad is the same as a "1" on the rectangular keypad which gets changed to "ENTER".

Attached is the finished layout for a rectangular keypad.

If you are making these to sell and your customer doesn't know they can follow the keyboard jack back to the back plane to plug in the KK100 connector you may have to change the 10 pin KK100 to the ELKO 10 pin connector which is narrow enough to fit inside the plastic cowling some machines have.

Those are the same keypads used in the older player tracking systems before they migrated to touch screens.

Surplus keypads and player tracker boxes were readily available in the gaming community.

The only other option would be to search the switch manufacturer sites, find a keypad and reverse engineer it.
