Title: UBA 14 Firmware

I have a IGT SMLD that has a UBA 14 in it running UBA-14-USA-ss ID-028 v1.29 firmware.  I am getting an error telling me the wrong firmware is in the unit (sse pic).  What firmware should it be running??  I would also need this firmware as I do not have it here.  Thanks
