trying to setup progressive on r board , it won't let me set starting amount for meter in top glass , anyone have setup sheet or know how

are you sure you picked stand alone in 7.3.1 and enabled it, also some themes or RG sets may not allow stand alone.

I'll check it out in morning , I'm sure we tried to set it on standalone it show's levels but won't let us set any of those

you select the denom then cycle between the progressive types with cash out then use spin to enable it for that level, the Change switch cycles between levels (level 1, level 2, level 3 ....)

Once the denoms are set in 7.1 you have to select each denom in 7.3.1 then select stand alone level 1 and enable it with spin button
I have done an extensive write up in Spectrum II and Multi-Denomination setup (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=312.0)
you can just use one progressive level and not four like I detail in that topic
