Title: I can't get the topper LEDs to work on this machine, missing 13 volts

I have one machine that I can't get the topper LEDs to work.

I'm missing the 13 volts on pin 4 where the power splitter cable that goes to the netplex board and audio board plugs into. I have the 13 volts at pin 9.

I've been tracing this wire through the harness. I have continuity everywhere I've checked.

Any ideas on what I just check next?

I'm not sure what I did....I plugged everything back up, and now my topper LEDs are working.... :Scratch-Head:
