Title: 12x pay 9 liner printer issue

i have a 12x pay 9 liner, 5 and 10 cents. I key chipped it with a key 45. When I get to the printer settings, I enable the printer and the machine gives a message  - Auto Configure Netplex, and then the printer reverts back to disabled.

Never saw this problem before. Any help is appreciated.

Something is going on with the printer.

Try another printer in the machine.
