hi Guys I have a problem with my WBA 21 ss in my Bally 6000 MAschine he should take Hungarian Forint the arrows shine green and he is ready for operation he pulls the notes also pure but also gives them right back again what could be the error?

Open the head and clean the upper and lower optics lenses with only water and a soft cloth. Try a different denomination note .
