Please can anyone tell me what we can do to fix our bally game maker.  The machine has been safe ram cleared but, can't get into

Have you recently done a battery change? Had the game been fine until the error message? Do you have a reset key?

No battery change our machines let us know when the battery is low and needs changed. I was told after the safe ram clear the machine went into demo mood but, still no settings are available. I am trying to find out how to fix the machines because it's our business. The owner of the machines passed away and none of us know that much about fixing machines.

Hey,


To access menu's, door must be open or ajar, then turn jackpot key,  After doing this under Configuration pick Terminal ID. You must give the machine an ID.  I think it is 6-8 numbers/letters.  I just put all 1's until the Save screen button.. lights up. Press save and exit. This will get you out of Demo mode. Your done. You may have other issues, but can always ask here,
