Are these the same cabinets.  The front armrests are different. Is one older?

Not sure about the age, but one has an arm/elbow rest, the other doesn't.  I don't think it's a matter of age, but options.  One has it , the other doesn't.

The Pads/bolsters etc. what ever you wan't to call them were different. The one with the nodule sticking out is standard,  The flat one is a Elite pad used on the premium games so yes the flat pad came after the other one.  To each their own what they prefer.
