I wondering what type IGT slot machine this is S or S+?
-
I would think its an S+, most "S" models had the display on the right side, plus there was an opening for a bill unit, "S" models did not have a bill unit.

Looks to be S+. But to be sure , can you post a pic of inside of the lower cabinet to view the MPU?

I didn't pick up on the BV. Pic little dark.

This IGT machine was made in Des 04 1994.

It is a S+ missing the internal BV. Can be played as coin only.

Cashen87 - Here's the easy way I've learned to identify these IGT machines. You only have to look at the mpu board. I think this method to ID the machine holds up in all cases.
All of these IGT machines have a main circuit board called the "mpu". It is located in the lower part of the machine.
If the mpu board has 2 large elec connectors (with many wires) connected to the top edge of it then it is a model S (not an S+). To remove the mpu you would have to disconnect these connectors.
If the mpu does not have those 2 large wiring connectors but instead it is plugged into another circuit board below it (the motherboard) then it is an S+ machine. To remove the mpu you simply pull upward and it will disconnect from the motherboard. You don't have to remove any wiring connectors.
