Contrary to the text in the post, this is a single coin Bally Hold and Draw from the 1970s.  It was manufactured long before the TV show Family Guy came out, so someone went to a lot of trouble manufacturing custom glass and reel strips for it.  The asking price is not too bad for someone who collects the older electro-mechanical machines.
