Title: 4 reel mystery

I have a 4 reel triple butterfly 7 here. It shows a 4th reel tilt. I have checked to make sure nothing is impeding the reel. Swap the reel 2 assembly with the reel 4 assembly, tilt clears and game runs. Swap them back, reel 4 tilt again. Running sg363 on this machine. I can't understand this, can anyone render assistance?
