Title: Can't get a Summit Royal Touch printer error to clear

I have a Royal Touch game by Summit and even though I have plenty of new printer paper in and it fed through correctly, I am still having this error code. Any suggestions on how to clear this? I was told by another member that it may not be the printer at all that is the problem, similar to netplex errors that give misleading codes.

About to attempt to get this machine working again soon, any guys out there familiar with Summit Royal Touch machines? Thanks
