Hi all,


I am having trouble with a IGT Barcrest Phoenix Gold top unit.  The two meters, the 2 segment stays lit all the time and on the 5 segment the 3 segments on the right do the same this and the two on the left seem ok.  The two that seem ok are the only two that respond to the self test feature.  All of the LED's light up. Also, it seems that the attract mode on the awards area does not work either. 


I am looking for any kind of assistance, spare parts, replacement topper, repair ideas etc.

Is the machine new to you or just the problem you're having?

This is a new problem on a machine that has been in play for quite a few years.
