That is a circa 1980 Summit Coin Limited 1 to 5 coin slot machine. I have one just like it.

It's not my machine, I saw it in an advertistment.

I'm guessing from the pictures that it's not working. Since in the last one the main boards are transposed. The white molex connector board with the red wires should be on the left side.
