u-san dynamic ballast repair

I am attempting to repair a UB-904 U-San Dynamic Electronic Ballast. It appears transistors are bad. Tried to use NTE online cross reference guide to no avail :banghead: . Any other info that might help me would be great.  Caps are good. The ballast are for a BB1 Hot Hot Super JP Reel machine. Thx for your help.
