I have this IDOJ topper. It has 4 holes in the bottom. Is it missing a mount of some kind? I want to use it on a S2000 9" top

The topper is missing the mounting bracket that should have come with it. You'll need to get creative and make your own mount, or look for another topper which has the bracket.
