I hope this is where this should be posted. I have a Bally Alpha M9000 with a candle problem. When the machine boots the service candle comes on and stays on regardless of whether or not the service button is pushed. The service button does light when on and goes out when off. I'm putting a Tito unit in this machine, (which I have not received yet), to add credits by use of the service button. I was wondering if someone here could help in troubleshooting this problem, before the Tito unit arrives.

Your tito unit will work OK. Once you play a game the candle will go out.

I am having problems responding here for some reason, but, after installing the Tito unit the candle remains on. Other than just removing the bulb, is there somewhere I can look to resolve the problem?

I have no idea why your candle is staying on, sorry. I would remove the bulb or just unplug it. No one is going to bring you a drink or give you change anyway. :rotfl:
