Title: How do I connect the topper on BB1.5 Dual Screen cabinet

I'm looking to attach the cloud topper on my Goldfish cabinet. The topper has 5 connectors. Can someone show me where they all get connected? I haven't been able to find a manual. Thanks in advance.
