Post by: Dawner66 on December 14, 2022, 03:17:12 AM
Hi, I'm totally new to this website? I have a IGT Multi Game touch screen. It was working fine.. then it wasn't the screen is pixelated? Muti colors horizontally? Sometimes after it warms up it will work fine other times it just stays pixelated. I  don't know the board model.CERONIX the monitor name.

I just received my AVP machine a couple of days ago, but when I opened the door, there was a manufacturer's tag on the back side of the monitor that has a brand name and model number.

Post questions, and a picture of the monitor in the IGT I-Game and Game King forum, about your Game King and you will get a better response there.  It sucks being a new user until you get some experience using the system. But, you will learn a lot from other users and it gets easier!

In the last 4 months, I've bought 4 slot machines, learned how to fix one of them and re-sell it by receiving help here on NLG, and have a thimble full of knowledge.  I'm still learning and having fun doing so. Hang in there!

Welcome to NLG!

Site admin can move the post.

We really need to know the monitor model number. Ceronix made monitors ranging from 13” CRT up to modern LCD widescreens.
I assume you are referring to an older GK probably with a 13 or 14” CRT. What you are describing could be a bad connection at the back of the monitor or it could be a problem on the board. The great news is that the tube itself is working, we know that because you see pixels. In most instances you could send the board to a shop to be repaired.
