Your CF card has BGM35, which is for a Vision game called "Diamond Fives Bonus Spin".

okay...that roundtop glass needs the "Pick-A-Panther" 3R5L5C software.
This is a known working combo for that glass...take note of the strip numbers ending with "300"...>>>
