There is a PE service and parts Manual in the NLG file system which is available to all contributing members. If you are not a contributing member consider becoming one. I think you can make a one-time contribution which will open the file system for a limited time.

Sometimes the file system doesn’t open right away with a single contribution, go to the help page and on the right there is a list of Administrators, send a message to one and ask if they can open the file system for you.
Lots of great resources in there, IMO well worth making a monthly contribution. I bought a few schematics before I discovered NLG, now I have access to everything all the time.
