Hello im trying to load plants vs zombies and i keep getting this and not sure what usb i need.

You need the dongle to clear and change games

There is some sort of issue. The diag it is referring to is a USB to download error logs. PM me your number if you want some help.

i haven't had time yet ill hopefully be able to try a few things on wed night if i get it going ill post how i did.
