jackpot jewels

have a Jackpot Jewels slot machine the #3 fuse blows every time you turn the slot machine on i  take out the motherboard and it does not blow  so i kept the motherboard out and put the hopper back on to see if the fuse would blow and it did not i have replace both boards and the power supple  can someone guide me to my next step on what to check or change  like i said its only the 3rd fuse that blows
