Hello,
I just got all my parts together to re install the progressive display in my bally S6000. (missing when I got the machine)
I have the
780-027-50 Power Supply
341-075-00 stand alone
and the 12 cell mini with the daughter board on it.
I haven't installed this into the machine yet just have it all connected sitting in the bench.
When I power it on all it gets is all the LED's flashing green.
it does this for a few mins then it pauses for a bit then starts to do it again.
I haven't tried to program it yet I need to make a cable this weekend.
But this is my first time working on one of these and I am wondering if the lights all flashing like that indicate that I may have received some bad components.
I have tried moving the configuration switch on the board to the left and I can't get into any kind of menu options either.
is this normal?
Thanks

I know next to nothing about Mikohns, but I can tell you that's not the normal behavior. Without being fully defective perhaps the nvram is defective keeping a boot from occurring. Again I dunno any official procedure for clearing their nvram, but shorting the battery for ten seconds should do it. Check the battery voltage while you're at it.

Check that the daughter board is on properly. All the pins in socket. Do you have the ribbon cable hooked up to the controller board in the top position.
