Anyone here in the states deal with these coin operated gamling devices (two pences?)?
-
I have never dealt with them myself but a lot of the US casinos used to have them. Since the casinos moved mostly to TITO (ticket in, ticket out) they have fallen out of favor as their is no longer change stations on the floor, and casino cages typically don't keep rolled coin like they used to.
Some states like PA, WV, have them in arcades and amusement areas like bowling alleys as they loosely get defined as games of skill similar to the claw games that grab prizes or the skill stop machines that drop prizes when you stop the lights at the right place by pressing a button.

Thanks Jay for your reply. Of course if I could have the room (and my wife would allow me) I'd like one of those old United Shuffle Bowl "Flash" machines. I would be pretty good at those especially after a few.

Are those like the Flip-It games that Si Redd was operating?
We had a couple in our casino in Laughlin.

Where to view perhaps? Si Redd or your place in Laughllin? Fun curios!
Thanks much for your replies, appriate the thoughts,
