Title: Ivizion Help ! 8 flashing lights

Hello all,


I am playing around with some Ivizion BV's on a WMS and I am getting 8 red flashing lights on the BV head and I get a  "Bill Val Comm Error"... I sometimes get blue flashing lights on other sets with the same error. Any idea on what these lights mean and how to fix this ? Any help provided is much appreciated ! Thanks  :cool_thumb_up:

Jammed stacker probably on the WMS's.

So its basically a stacker issue instead of the actual BV head?  I will troubleshoot it a couple of more times and see if I can find anything that's causing that jam. I will share any insight I find.  Thank you !

I don't have an Ivizion BA but I suspect there's probably just some dusty eye optics being blocked.
In the stacker box sometimes are some prisms that must be cleaned possibly with some plain old soapy water on a clean white rag.
You may use high air pressure cans but stay away from alcohol-based cleaning products as they "cloud" up the plastic optical lens.
