Hello out there, I have a question. In early March I ordered stuff for my WMS Slot with AmericanSlots online,
I paid online and was in Contact to the Seller. He told me, that he cannot send the orders out cause of the Shutdown. The Company is located in Miami, Florida. So my question to the Community is: does anyone know this Company, is here Someone who lives in Miami or this Region and can give me Infos? Perhaps Miami still is in a lockdown Situation where I have no Infos about.
The Seller doesn’t reply Telephone Calls and Emails since 3-4 weeks ;(

Miami is just beginning to open up in stages. Non-essential businesses have not yet been given the green light, although slot businesses are usually warehouse based, most of them seem to be operating. I have never done business with American Slots, so I don't know their situation.

Looks like they are scammers? Been going on for a while. Not sure how come their website is still active? You would think it would be shut down?

I presume you paid by credit card so just dispute the charge and get your money back.

I agree with idesign, the police right now are not going to go over there and do anything. Call the credit card company and dispute the charges.

I didn’t pay with credit card I made a normal bank transfer to his account!

Here in Canada inter-person bank transfers are commonly handled by Interact.
The charges can be disputed the same as a Credit Card.
We also have the ability to do a wire transfer but can't dispute those.
Call your debit card company and see what they can do for you ?

I wrote again an email to Jimmy David from americanslots.com and I informed the Police.
I sent them all the infos I had from him , my Order with number and all the emails from him and I send them
The fake Internet address americanslots.com!
I ll let you Guys know what Answers I will get - also I will contact an Attorney to get informations what I can do else to addict this fake guy. I am so sad about this guy!
If anyone has also addicted him I would be appreciate to get any infos about this Person! Thanks for helping me. Chris

Send a file to them. I will also try to get in Contact with an Attorny to try to addict Mr James or Jamel.
When I got more news I will write them here.
If anyone was also scammed by this Man it would be helpful to get those Infos.

Was this issue ever resolved?
I made a purchase from them in October, same scenario.
No contact, no returned emails or phone calls.
Wish I'd seen this post earlier.

No! And i have no engery, especially cause i live in germany to call the police again. I made a Contact to Doral Police Station, i think the Officer s Name was Hernandez or so.....
I sent him my complete banking details statements and showed him the banking transfer to the Bank of this Man from American Slots....but he didnt get back to me, this is i think in June 2020. Since then no answers. The scandal is that his Internet www Page is still working....and it looks like that the Business is still running. But at this Address in Doral, Miami there is no American Slots Company.....it closed long ago.
I called some stores around this address and got these infos. I lost 250 Dollars to this fucking scammer.
Hope you didnt lose so much Money, stay safe GREETS CHRIS

Through some comments made by a guy I know, seems that American Slots may be a sister company to Rocky Mountain Slots, which is now Usedslotmachines.net
If that's the case, and don't know if it's really true or not, then that explains a lot.
Brian and his sister Jackie have been ripping people off for years.
