With this Post i only want to inform you that i have further Informations about this Company americanslots.com which is still available online.
I ordered some Spare Parts from them in early 2020 and got scammed by them. Never got my ordered Parts. I contacted the PD of Doral, Miami and they started Investigations about this Company.
Here the Result: This Company is closed since 2016 and the Business never re opened in the whole State of Florida. There is also no new Owner of this Company, the Police thinks that it got bankrupt.
There is still a Criminal Guy that reacts when you contact this Firm over the Email Way.
What i recommend is: Never ever order anything from this Guy, when you send your Money it is gone ! You will also never receive any ordered Stuff!!!!
What i also did: I contacted the Provider of the Website of americanslots.com , this is: homesteadsupport
They will now also investigate and search for the Owner of this Website. They contact the Police and will try to shut down this scammed Website.
As long as i get new Infos about this Criminal Activities, i will let you know.

I've seen that website but never attempted to purchase anything from them.
I don't know why but they seemed fishy to me. :no:

I know some Guys here that were also scammed by this Man.
Some of them sent him more then thousand Dollars for Machines....and never got their Machines.
I only want to try to shut this Website down, more I cannot do or try!

I too learned the hard way.
I ordered something from them in November of last year. Received all email traffic as expected throughout the ordering process. Even got a confirmation when I paid along with a "Thank you and we will notify you once your parts are shipped".
Then nothing. No replies to emails or phone calls.
So someone is running that website and taking orders.
I'm trying to get my money back through my banks fraud department, but it's a slow process.
I wouldn't mind having the name of the detective that you spoke to about this scam though, because I think it would help out if more people came forward.

I only want to let you know, that i got Parts of my Money back from americanslots.com
After the Police of Doral checked the address and didnt found any Company with this Name, they couldnt gave ma further help in my Case.
My last Hope was, to contact the Provider of their Website. So i wrote to this Company:homestead.com
They replied to my Email, and Days later someone from americanslots.com wrote me too.
I gave them my Order Number and two Weeks later i got a part of my Money by paypal back from them.
So what i recommend should be also contact the Provider, they will get in contact with their Customer. In my Case it helped me very much. I wish you good Luck in getting your Money also back.

Wow, was just about too. I sent an email asking about inventory and received a message back very quickly and then a couple follow up emails too.

I don’t know , the provider cannot do anything because the website is still active and their customer pays them regular. But what they did was to get in contact with them and after some days I got an email and the info that they will send me the money back,
For me this is a wonder , I can’t still believe that they sent me parts of my money.
Only idea what I have is, that they try to calm me down, the amount what I sent them was about 250 dollars, not a big sum for them. I know that some guys sent them thousands of dollars for slot machines and never got them.
It sounds also very strange to me that I got the money from an account from Columbia 🤷♂️
When I received my last rate of my money I will ask this person about the company and
What causes this problems....

It was disappointing to hear that the police would not do anything about it due to not being able to find a company with that name. That just builds the case that it is fraudulent.
If I have learned anything from Crime Dramas is that it is appropriate to follow-the-money which is what you did (also never bury a body in your own back yard - ha ha).
Following up on the route of the provider - you should be able to get them to tell you the name of the individual and/or company who is paying for the website and turn that over to the police and if they won't give you that name then hand over the details of the provider to the police. It sounds like you are doing the polices job. There is also "ICANN" www.icann.org (http://www.icann.org) that might be able to help you. They are the international body that regulates IP space, manages whois lookups etc for websites. I am not sure what teeth they have but they might be able to create some further heat for these bad actors.
