I had placed an order with rudy's deals 12/3/2021 it had been since then I had placed the order with these people I have called them from their phone number on their website and left emails they do not respond to either of them I have text the person I think could be the owner he tells me he's still in business but ignores me just Because I couldn't answer him back on an item that I was acquiring about that's not a way to run a business especially you're dealing with the public There must be other people that deal with rudy's deals and do not get no replies back either email or phone call they don't return the phone calls so one of my opposed to do notified Better Business Bureau I have ordered stuff from the past from this guy it feels like to me he's dragging his feet or how many employees he has no one's not answering the phones or taking orders or shipping orders out if it's a family business why don't they hire A cousin that's twice removed or a nephew or maybe he should sell the business and give it up that's not a way you deal with the public I know I'm sorry to say that my personal opinion I will never deal with this guy ever again and half the time he never has anything in stock on his website it's always our stock I wouldn't touch the GUY with a 10 foot pole I shop around for other distributors out there except for this guy I would never deal with him ever again if that's way he wants to run his business like that that's fine with me

i would never buy anything off this guy that's not a way to operate a business that way they don't return any of my phone call that is bad i don't know how many people dealt with this guy
get no responses i will my business else were plenty other vendors out there i had ordered stuff off of them had no problems

I don't think John has anything to do with that site anymore. I believe he sold it years ago. Stay far away.

I have no idea. I haven't dealt with Rudy's deals in many years now. They were once a reliable, reputable vendor. Keyword being "were".
There's no sense in trying to contact them, they don't respond. Just dispute the charges on your credit card and get a refund that way.

i just got a response from Rudy's deals there was a death in the family out of state, so they refunded my money back

It's unfortunate. I've placed many orders with Rudys, since 2013, and never had an issue. I placed an order late last year and haven't received it. I tried contacting them with no success. I found this post. Sad to read.
