Hello -
I just recently purchased a WMS Piggy Banking. I ran all of the diagnostic tests on the machine and everything is working except for the cash out button. I went ahead and switched the micro switch with the call attendant button next to it and it is not the switch itseld. The machine is currently set to credit on but I also tried credit off. Has about $150 of quarters in it and hopper is working without issue. Also followed the wires to the main plug where they all bunch up and did not find any cuts or anything. Looking for any help of how to fix this? One other callout - there are currently about 200 credits on the machine at start-up.
Second question I had was what kind of candle I need for the top of my machine. Previous owner gave me one but it is the square end plug and mine is the vertical 4 stack as shown in pictures - currently no candle attached on top.
Last question was if there is any way to adjust reels that are on an angle? I popped the actual reel out and tried to bend a little but no luck. The mounting brackets do not allow me to shift anything over.
