Title: Alpha 9000 All American stopped working
Post by: br549autosales on October 31, 2019, 12:53:27 PM

Got this error message this week when I turned my game on:
Game MGR (1374)Non volatile Ram fault/nvram_os/comm/SASecondary AFTQueudo
Do I just need to clear this with a clear card & install a new battery?

Yup, needs batteries and clear, and set back up.  Be sure to change the battery on the backplane as well.   BTW, I have been cheating when replacing my Alpha CPU Batteries.  Before they go dead, about once a year, I will remove the computer from the machine, power it up, and carefully replace battery/batteries without having to clear and set up.  Those Alpha's are hell on batteries.
