Have a BB3 blade that I just got and working through many issues. Getting machine disable cold start error which I can not clear. Any ideas would be appreciated.

when does the message appear? Can you post a photo of the error?

Have had many issues. Finally got to where I can do a ram clear which works normal. Boot game and when the machine is ready to be setup the screen shows the error and when I push the diagnostic button the error is shown in the upper right hand corner. Can do most of setup but get to where it has no games enabled. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I've never seen that, but what OS/Game are you trying to load. What bios version?

Rick, the game is BIER HAUS 200 DAD2-000-1000D0, OS NSOS-000-4011, BIOS NBOT-00003-2021 V 0 00 89. I have never seen this error before. got me perplexed which any more is easy to do.

I have also tried a non dongle game chest software that has 12-14 games with the same results.

Have you performed all the settings indicated in the upper right corner of the picture with the pink background? Until you set everything up it's not going to boot. You have to set the time, and address the other settings.

Have set all the parameters. When I try and configure the pay tables they are empty and no values can be set. I assume this is because the machine is disabled. I found today the jurisdiction chip is for WV lottery and I will re-program in AM for Ca Tribal and trey that. I know WV Lottery can remotely disable a machine. Thanks for your help.

I was going to suggest to make sure you have all Class III stuff, because the machine disabled thing is probably related to class II backends. Hopefully rewriting the sjur should fix the issue.

Problem solved. Made Jur Ca. Tribal, cleared machine, reinstalled game chest software and all is running OK. Live and learn every day. Thanks for the help.
