Title: Older Game King CRT Change

Looking to upgrade my Older Game King upright with 3902 board, CRT, That has 17 or 19 pin.  With a 19" LCD TOUCH SCREEN MONITOR

Can I convert this to a 21 pin? To accept some other Monitors.
