I have a zero 010 chip for my VLC. When I clear it the message Ramset Phase 1 complete. I power off the machine put my game chip back in power the VLC up and now I keep getting Ramset System Error 99 with the color bars. Never had this headache before, but my patience is running low and I have no problem putting this out in the alley. I tried for about an hour clearing the machine and I keep getting this Error. Any sugestions??
