hi, I have a wba-21-ss that goes through the cycle and the light on front comes on. when I put a us bill in it , it takes it in , the it comes back out. I even turned it around. on the front it says wba-21-22 and under that it says can-502-03. on the removable chip ,on the bottom it says wba-20/21-ss...ID-0003 V1.34-13.....05/99...bally .can some one tell me how to get this going. Optics and rest of unit is very clean....I am very new to this ...thank you..

US currency? WBA 20, 21, 22, 23 heads & software differ from US models 10, 11, 12, 13. You can change the chip in the transport to US software but the head must be for US currency.

hi, this chip is removeable. could it be for the old paper Canadian bills???

Most likely so. All of the WBA 20-23s I've seen have been Canadian. There have been past posts by Canadian members trying to update them for the newer plastic currency.

hi, I had an old can. paper bill a 100$ in nice shape . put it in and bang...400 credits....so what do I do to get it to take also can. plastic. .thank you...

I'm not sure if it's capable. Research some previous posts. I know it has been brought up but don't know if it's been resolved. I only use US currency. You might have to get a different BV.
