Model numbers don't help much in determining the what type of machine it is.  Post some pictures and I'm sure you'll get an answer.

sixcardmark beat me to it.

Also, it appears that both games are missing the main board and tray. Do you have those?

The boards would look similar to this one. This one is from an upright so, the orientation is different.

The battery is soldered to the corner of the board. It's a 1/2 AA lithium battery. If you have a battery store near you like Battery Giant that we have here. They can solder the battery on the board if your not comfortable doing it your self. As for the no video out put one the one, more then likely your CRT Chassis is the problem.

You likely will not need any kind of reset chip after you put new batteries in, especially if you do not intend to enable the bill validators.

The exact steps depend on what (if any) error messages appear after you change the batteries, but to get past most of the error messages on a PE+ machine, open the door, press and hold the white self test button for about five seconds, then release it.  Close the door (including the belly door under the armrest or the machine will not recognize the door as being closed), then turn and release the jackpot reset keyswitch once.  If another error appears, open the door and repeat the process.
