Title: 3 Reel Tilt Error

I was playing the reel touch and alll of a sudden the top monitor said call attendant and the reels started spinning. The error is a 3 reel tilt. The reels are screwed into the machine. Can anyone help? Not quite sure if the need to unscrew the reel while the machine is off and take out reel 3 and reconnect again? Any help would be appreciated.

Generally on a reel tilt the reels are moving slowly. If that is the case open the door and turn the attendant key once and close door. Original spin should finish.
