if it's a class II, why would there be a PAR sheet?  It's a bingo/lottery game, player vs player, how is a PAR sheet applicable?   Just curious.

My point is that I don't believe PAR sheets exist for Class II games since the odds of winning are tied down to number of players and other factors.

Yes, sorry for the confusion.  The Class III versions will do.
