Title: Game King EPROM placement 3802 board

I have received 4 eproms for IGT game Hoot Loot, was wondering if they can be installed on old 3802 board and what would be set up. Please see attached.....

No.  You would need a 3902 board to run Hoot Loot.  The 3902 has SIMM memory slots that the 3802 doesnt.  That being said, your Hoot Loot software is incomplete, you need the SIMM cards that go with it.
