A couple of questions from a long time lurker, but first time poster...
First: Are there the same restrictions on selling software as there are for selling machines (i.e., location of the buyer, age of the program, etc.)?
Second: I've been looking at eBay listings for software and they are all over the board. What are decent prices for WMS, Bally, or IGT video software? I've seen everything from $25 a card to $900 for a set, so it's hard to tell what to list them for, if I would even be able to.
Thanks for any advice.

Depends on the title. Typically the more expensive titles are more difficult to get or are single games. Most non dongle common games run under $100
