Title: Atronic E-motion and Harmony Video Card

Hello, I'm new here sorry if i don't write on the right place  :wave:
So my problem is with video card Vampower 11-82 Ati
Some of the makes color stripes, other just light red light only and doesn't run it's not from the fuses i check them all
Is there any chance to bring them in good condition and if not from where i can buy some on good price because from Atronic gave me a big price.
