I had a post on the other site about my Jokers Wild video poker game hanging on startup with only the top fixed portion of the screen displayed. It wouldn't deal or accept coins or bills. I pulled all the ICs out and cleaned the oxide off the legs and reinstalled without any luck. I noted I hadn't replaced the battery. Amachanic and LiesureTimeSlots suggested I replace it and do a ram reset. I pulled the old battery out and shorted the battery leads, which I guess is the way to do a RAM reset. Installed the new battery and when it started it said the RAM needed to have the game software reloaded, turn the reset key. Voila!!!! :applause: Games working great again. Just wanted to let the community know the fix they suggested worked. Thanks everyone for your input. :thank_you:
