3 line coin lights and connection

cmk8895:
I have recently acquired an IGT M slot that was, oddly, fully functional.  I had to tape in a board to keep it from rubbing on reel 1 and slowing it down.  Then hook up a disconnected ground wire so the hopper would go.  Now she works fine.

What I am asking about today is the 3 payline lights on the left of the glass.  At some point in it's past, the plastic housing broke off and took the light board with it.  Does anyone have an M with this part in it so I could get some pics?  I can't find any online.

In my attached photo you can see up at the top under the fluorescent where a piece of the plastic still is where the lights and housing were.

Also, where does it plug in?  Note the 4 square connector with 3 conductors.  It seems to have different power on each wire, and I see that connector not plugged in to anything on several online pics, so i don't think that's for the missing 3 line lights.  But any info would be appreciated.

I sort of found a pic.  It's old and terrible and will not magnify.  BUT it's a pic of an identical unit to mine, so I know they did exist and I'm not crazy.  Haha

You may be able to use or modify one from an s+?

Here's a pic:

I was wondering about that as I had seen some on eBay.  I think my biggest question is where the 4th wire comes from for the plug.

I forgot to mention in my update, but I found that the plug in the picture corresponds to the 3 wire and color codes on the schematic.  I just can't figure out where the common comes from.  There doesn't appear to be anything metal holding on the M version, but again hoping someone has a pic of the real M version.  Then I likely could do the S+ version.

Great idea!

The S+ I believe has 6 wires - 5 lights and a ground.
The 3 light board uses the same harness but obviously with two less lights.
I have the 5 light board and when used with a 3 line game only 3 light up.

There are very few M's around - I have the suspicion that many of them may have been traded in and converted to the S model.
Some of the older techs on this board may have some recollection.... I am just going by hear say.
