JCM Vega tool suite and USD firmware?

Hello guys, I am new here (please go easy on me). I purchased a JCM vega and it turns out, it is setup for EURO. I am looking for help finding the tool suite software and files the flash it to US dollars. I see some old posts on here that reference the JCM website for downloads, but it doesnt seem accessible any more. Any help would be appreciated. Next step would be to replace it with another brand and offload it. Thank you.
