Going through the clear process with the chip should fix your problem. I have a Sizzling 7 Machine I recently picked up. Does your's look anything like mine?

Close, but mine isn't a round top and its 2 coins max.  I chatted with RB last night and he's sending me a SET and CLEAR.  Fingers crossed!

Yes, fingers crossed, but in very rare occasions a bad EEPROM chip on the backplane board needs to be replaced before the set chips works.
